Illuminate your case and level up your aesthetics! With a TechForge DRGB Light Box, you can add more than just a splash of colour to your gaming PC. Armed with up to 90 DRGB LEDs, this light box will make all your gaming hardware glow with fully customisable lighting effects and every colour of the rainbow.
Currently, there are light boxes engineered to fit specific popular PC cases. Some light boxes will fit more than one case, whilst others are designed for a singular series. We have light boxes for the following PC cases:
- Corsair 4000D, 5000D, and 7000D in both black and white variants
- Phanteks Evolv, P600, G500, P400, G360A, XT View, NV5, and NV7 series, in both black and white variants
- Lian Li O11D / XL, O11D EVO / XL, and Lancool 216
- APNX C1
- ASUS ROG Strix Helios
- Fractal Design Define 7
This model is for the Phanteks NV5. What’s more, it is available in a black or white variant, with this being the black edition. It mounts to the bottom panel, so it won’t interfere with your components or airflow.
Stunning Lighting
There’s RGB lighting, then there’s TechForge RGB lighting. The TechForge Light Box packs up to 90 RGB LEDs, depending on which case the light box is designed for. Plus, you can synchronise all your existing, compatible ARGB devices, such as fans and LED strips, to craft a completely unified display. Illuminate your gaming PC like never before.
The 2D addressable lighting allows you to design your effects with relative positioning and continuous effects. This means your effects can start at the bottom of your gaming PC and ripple across the light box and your synchronised devices.
The TechForge Light Box is engineered to produce the best lighting possible. Colours will appear brighter and more vibrant, resulting in more visual impact.
Connectivity and Installation
The TechForge Light Box can either be connected via your motherboard or a dedicated controller. 3-pin ARGB cables for each instance are included within delivery, keeping your options open. This light box is compatible with most RGB software, meaning it can be easily integrated within your system.
Better yet, installation is a breeze! Simply follow these steps:
- Make sure your gaming PC is off and unplugged before opening up the side panel
- Carefully remove the light box and accessories from all packaging
- Mount to the bottom of your PC case – being mindful of your components and airflow
- Choose whether you are going to connect via motherboard or controller
- If you went motherboard: securely plug in the DRGB cable to the motherboard’s DRGB header. If you picked controller: connect to your controller using the cable provided
- To securely mount the light box, apply the included double-sided tape to the underside of your light box
- Then, peel off the protective backing and firmly press the light box into place – these last two steps are optional but advised
- Replace your case’s side panel and power up your PC – this is to check connections are secure and the lighting is functional
- Lighting effects can be adjusted using your motherboard or controller’s software
- Stand back and enjoy the light show!
